Some therapists may also integrate Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

If you're experiencing an unhealthy focus on food or weight, you are absolutely deserving of help and support. You don’t need to be at a certain point to seek treatment – your struggles are valid, and full recovery is possible.
What if I’m afraid to recover?
We understand that starting recovery can feel daunting. Many of our team members have been through the recovery process themselves or have supported loved ones struggling with eating disorders.
