My Approach to Therapy for Eating Disorders and Co-occurring Issues
Every client deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. In therapy, I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), ensuring that care is both effective and individualized. My work is also grounded in the Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective.
I am deeply passionate about guiding clients toward healing from eating disorders, fostering self-compassion, developing a healthier relationship with food, and finding peace in their bodies.
I do this work because I understand the struggle. Every recovery story is different, but I know firsthand how consuming an eating disorder can be. I personally recovered from an eating disorder.
Supporting others in reclaiming the freedom I’ve found is incredibly meaningful. Being a therapist isn’t just a job—it’s my purpose, and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else.
** I currently have limited openings for new clients. If my schedule is full, I’m happy to connect you with other highly qualified clinicians.

"Jennifer Rollin is one of the *very* few people that I would send my own daughter to if she were struggling with an eating disorder. She is not only one of the leading eating disorder specialists in the US, but also a warm and welcoming therapist who understands how the pressures put on women in our society can lead to distorted self-image and pain. Her understanding of the subject matter and willingness to help people is unparalleled. If you are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable expert, look no further!"
