How We Work
We are a group practice of licensed therapists specializing in eating disorder treatment, as well as therapy for those with co-occurring OCD or trauma.
Our clinicians include Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW-C) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), providing therapy within their licensed states.
We provide licensed therapy in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Florida, and California. We also offer eating disorder recovery coaching, which is a non-clinical service available worldwide.
We help children (ages 7+), teens, and adults struggling with eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID, especially those who appear to be high-achieving on the outside but are overwhelmed internally, and those also dealing with anxiety or OCD.
We often work with clients who appear high-achieving or “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally, feel stuck in cycles of eating disorder thoughts and behaviors, and are balancing school, careers, or parenting while struggling with food or body image.
Many of our clients experience co-occurring OCD, anxiety, or related patterns, and want recovery but feel ambivalent or afraid to let go of their eating disorder.
We support both individuals and parents seeking help for their child or teen.

We may not be the best fit if:
We use evidence-based, individualized care tailored to your needs.
For eating disorders, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. For OCD, we use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). For teens, we provide Family-Based Treatment (FBT)-informed care involving caregivers. For trauma, we use EMDR therapy.
Our approach is collaborative, structured, and compassionate. We focus on helping you understand patterns, build skills, and make sustainable changes in your relationship with food and your body.
