My Approach to Therapy for Eating Disorders & Co-occurring Issues
I believe every client deserves a personalized treatment plan. I integrate evidence-based treatment approaches in therapy, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My practice is informed by the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy.
My passion lies in helping clients heal from eating disorders, build self-compassion, embrace food freedom, and appreciate their bodies.
I do this work because I’ve been there. While every recovery journey is unique, I remember how overwhelming it was to be consumed by an eating disorder.
Helping others find the freedom I’ve experienced is deeply rewarding. Being a therapist is my calling, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
**I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients. If my availability is full, I’m happy to provide referrals to other skilled clinicians.
