Our therapists commonly utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). When appropriate, we also offer Family-Based Therapy (FBT-informed) for younger clients. Our team is well-versed in the health at every size (HAES) philosophy and intuitive eating principles. Additionally, some therapists may incorporate Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) techniques.
